Fire Retardant

Fire Retardant Ultratex blocks and sheets are manufactured from a fire-retardant raw material and are not an undue fire hazard when correctly installed. The polystyrene will burn when in contact with a flame, like other organic building materials, but will self-extinguish when the fire source is removed.

GREY BOARD RENDER

Fine: Forming part of the Ultratex Wall coating system, Grey Board Render - FINE is a superior quality dry mix, cement based, polymer modified PATCHING AND JOINING COMPOUND containing washed and graded fine silica sand and proprietary additives. It is generally used for Patch Joint, is ideal as a jointing material for fiber cement (FC) and other.

Medium: Ultratex Grey Board Render Medium is a superior quality dry mix, cement based, high polymer render containing washed and graded medium silica sand, superior grade acrylic powder and proprietary additives. Ultratex Grey Board Render provides the ideal base for the subsequent application of variety of topcoat’s including Ultratex Decorative Textures and Top coats.

FIBREGLASS MESH

Reinforced fibreglass mesh cloth is used E-glass fibre yarn as the main raw material. After weaving and then by alkali-resistant latex coating, the fixed mesh warp and weft yarns have the features of high strength and high alkali that alkaline substances can persistent resistance to corrosion.

PRIMER

Ultra Prime is a grey board, water based pigmented acrylic primer. It is specially formulated, comprising of alkali resistant co-polymer acrylic binder, titanium dioxide pigment, inert quality mineral extenders, proprietary additives and a premium fungicide.

TEXTURE

Ultratex Texture painted finish is a 100% acrylic, premium quality, water-based paint. It is easy to apply and has excellent adhesion and durability. Low sheen acrylic can be used on all exterior and interior surfaces, including brick, masonry, timber, and metal. It comes in white, accent, or black base and can be applied using roller, brush, or spray.

ULTRASHIELD

Ultatex Membrane is an extremely weather resistant and highly flexible water-based acrylic coating, having excellent exterior durability.
