Ultra Prime is a water based pigmented acrylic primer. It is specially
formulated, comprising of alkali resistant co-polymer acrylic binder, titanium dioxide
pigment, inert quality mineral extenders, proprietary additives and a premium
fungicide.
Ultraflex Clear is a new water based clear that has been formulated to protect and
extend the life of digital prints. It is a water white clear that will impart mar and
scratch resistance, water resistance and some chemical resistance. It is nonyellowing and contains UV absorbers to improve the outdoor durability of the print.
Ultraflex Clear has been formulated to have excellent adhesion to most ink systems
including true solvent, eco solvent and UV cured systems without the need for a primer.
It is only suitable for non-water sensitive substrates and inks.
Ultratex Silane Siloxane is a premium quality, water-based, penetrating sealing
compound for exterior concrete and masonry surfaces. Specifically designed to limit
the intrusion of moisture and chlorides into the substrate, this proprietary blend of
silane and siloxane penetrates the pores of the concrete and masonry to help
protect the surface from scaling caused by de-icing salts as well as protecting vertical
masonry surfaces from the ingress of water.
A superb, aqueous, deep-penetrating sealer and primer based on an ultrafine
acrylic emulsion with excellent alkali resistance and adhesion to masonry
surfaces. Used for stabilizing and bonding exterior and interior masonry and
cement surfaces prior to application of masonry paint, Antimould coatings or
other decorative coatings. Reduces porosity and provides a well-bound
durable base.
Ultratex low sheen is a 100% acrylic, premium quality, water-based paint. It is easy
to apply and has excellent adhesion and durability. Low sheen acrylic can be used on
all exterior and interior surfaces, including brick, masonry, timber, and metal. It
comes in white, accent, or black base and can be applied using roller, brush, or
spray.
Ultratex Elastomeric coating is a thick and flexible exterior wall or roof coating that
aids in waterproofing of a structure. It is suitable to use on various surfaces,
including concrete and masonry. It is applied in a liquid form and bonds to the
structure as it dries and hardens. The Elastomeric coating allows for the structure to
flex, bend, and move with the structure underneath, protecting it from damage. It
can be tinted to any colour, retaining the colour long-term.
Efflorescence is a white, crystalline powder that has an irritating tendency to show up
on new brick and block masonry. It’s irritating because it’s new masonry that
architects and owners look at most closely.
You can brush most of it away. It disappears when wet. But efflorescence will
keep coming back until you do something about the conditions that create it.
Garden beds primer is a high performance ready to use, cold applied, high build
liquid waterproofing membrane based on polymer modified bitumen emulsion.
Garden beds primer forms a seamless, highly elastic and durable film that adheres
well to most of the common substrates e.g. concrete, cement blocks, wood, existing
roof felts. Garden beds primer is highly resistant to chlorides and sulphates
commonly present in the soil.
