ACRYLIC RENDER

Ultratex Acrylic Render is a superior quality dry mix, cement-based polymer modified render. It contains washed and graded MEDIUM, COARSE OR FINE silica sand, acrylic powder, and proprietary additives. It is a general-purpose render and is suitable for all exterior & interior masonry wall rendering and patching requirements.

GREYBOARD RENDER

Fine: Forming part of the Ultratex Wall coating system, Poly Board Render - FINE is a superior quality dry mix, cement based, polymer modified PATCHING AND JOINING COMPOUND containing washed and graded fine silica sand and proprietary additives. It is generally used for Patch Joint, is ideal as a jointing material for fiber cement (FC) and other.

Medium: Ultratex Poly Board Render Medium is a superior quality dry mix, cement based, high polymer render containing washed and graded medium silica sand, superior grade acrylic powder and proprietary additives. Ultratex Poly Board Render provides the ideal base for the subsequent application of variety of topcoat’s including Ultratex Decorative Textures and Top coats.

HIGH BUILD RENDER

Ultratex “Hi-Build” Render is superior quality dry mix, cement based, polymer modified render containing washed and graded silica sand, light weight additives. Hi-Build render is generally used for achieving thickness greater to 10mm and greater, as it is a lightweight render, higher thickness will not substantially increase the weight on the substrates.

POOL RENDER

Ultratex is an interior cement render for swimming pools that is factory blended and packaged in an automated, quality assured facility which ensures its quality and consistency. It is primarily designed for application onto concrete pool shells as a fully submerged interior finish. Application should not commence until all other pool installations have been completed as full pool operation is required immediately after product application. It must be installed by competent, experienced applicator to ensure it achieves full aesthetic potential.

POLYMER RENDER (WETPATCH)

Wet Patch Coarse & Fine - is an acrylic co-polymer-based compound supplied in a paste form suitable for application by trowel. It is supplied in a water dispersed paste and exhibits minimal shrinkage on drying and good adhesion to clean masonry substrates.

POLYMER RENDER (DRY)

Ultratex Polymer Render (Dry) is a trowel applied, acrylic filling and levelling compound, that is applied in thin films over dry, nonporous and difficult surfaces. Ultratex Polymer Render (Dry) is also used for patching, levelling, skim coating and the restoration of damaged surfaces. Ultratex Polymer Render (Dry) is the strongest adhering render in the specialty rendering range.

CEMENT RENDER

Cement rendering is the application of a premixed layer of sand and cement to brick, concrete, stone, or mud brick. It is often textured, coloured, or painted after application. It is generally used on exterior walls but can be used to feature an interior wall.

FLOOR SELF-LEVELLING

Ultratex Self-Levelling Compound is an eco-friendly, cost effective building solution that offers our customers a self-compacting, self-levelling, flowing product which can be placed at up to 10 times faster than a traditional screed, generating significant labour and time cost-savings.

CONCRETE FINISH - WHITE AND GREY

Concrete Finish is an aesthetically pleasing smooth finish material, giving the appearance of a concrete panel look. .

ULTRABOND

Ultrabond is a water based bonding agent for use in Cement Renders. It is used as an additive and has to be added to mixing water and mixed with Ultratex Acrylic Render, it helps to achieve good adhesion and durability of render to various substrates.

FAST SET RENDER

Fast set render already contributes to characteristics of fast hardening in few hours and high resistance to abrasion, even to mechanical shock. The important heat of hydration released during the first hours turns Fast set render into a highly recommended very-cold climate cement. Fast set render does not release calcium hydroxide during their hydration and, therefore, it has excellent resistance to the chemical and bacteriological attacks, even when both act simultaneously.
