Ultratex Sand & Cement is a superior quality dry mix, cement-based polymer modified render. It
contains washed and graded MEDIUM, COARSE OR FINE silica sand, acrylic powder, and proprietary
additives. It is a general-purpose substrate and is suitable for all exterior & interior masonry wall
rendering and patching requirements
Uses
Apply the mixed Sand & Cement with a suitable trowel or clean sponge depending on the
application.
Allow to set to the touch before finishing with a clean sponge, wooden float or steel trowel.
